Hi, I am Tara. As a travel enthusiast, nature and animal lover, and a forever student, I am always seeking to learn and grow as a spiritual and energetic being contained in a physical body.

I am a certified Usui-style Reiki Master/Teacher and Somatic Energy Practitioner who honors many different traditions and cultures regarding healing modalities. I honor the animals and plants that surround us and use them as guides and mentors. 

My goal is always to connect you in body and mind, and as a believer that we are all able to heal ourselves from within, I want to help you tune into your own unique gifts and abilities.

  • Tranquility, peace, and relaxation are the most common and immediate benefits of Reiki, but with repeated sessions, the possibility of benefits are endless.

  • Each session is curated to hold you in the most safe and sacred space. You are held in a healing and cleansing light with the most pure of intentions infused into each session. Your personalized Reiki session will include customized HZ sound healing, and always start with a thorough cleansing of your aura. Your Reiki session may include grounding, visualization, chakra balancing, crystals, animal and/or oracle cards. Each session will be different and no two sessions are the same.

  • Through all of years, and all of the work I have done on myself, I have found that giving back and being of service to others is the path I walk during this lifetime. I found the way back to myself, was through myself. Meditation and Reiki have brought an insurmountable amount of peace and healing to my life, and I want to share that with as many people as possible. I truly believe that we are all able and capable of healing ourselves from within if we really tune in and listen to our bodies.
