Hello friend. I’m Kelsey. 

For as long as I can remember, I have constantly been drawn to the deeper layers of life—the stories we carry, the patterns that shape us, and all the ways we in which we heal. Astrology as a language and tool for my own self found its way to me long before I knew how I wanted to help others with it.

Now, I’m here to help you reconnect—with yourself, your story, and the wisdom you already carry. As a Reiki and Somatic practitioner, I weave astrology and energy work together to explore the patterns and detailed intricacies that make you you. Together, we’ll create space for you to explore, heal, and love yourself in ways that honor all parts of you.

  • Somatic Astrology Journey 60 min - $111

    An astrological reading of your birth chart with a somatic approach to help you reconnect with your body, story, and soul. A session begins with a mindfulness practice and open dialog to discuss your goals and wishes for your reading. Together, we’ll explore your birth chart as a reflection of your lived experience, uncovering patterns and potentials based on your personal placements and a thorough explanation and exploration of what that means to you. Through gentle, embodied practices, and somatic dialog we will ground the insights into your physical and emotional awareness, creating space for deeper connection and self-discovery. This is more than an astrology reading—it’s a journey back home to yourself.

    A session can be a one time experience or used as an ongoing journey of exploration and coaching.

  • A somatic astrology reading combines traditional astrology with body awareness, emphasizing the connection between the body and your astrological chart. A reading can help support:

    • Overall mind/body awareness

    • Emotional integration & release

    • Astrological health and body insights

    • Personal empowerment & acceptance

    • Deepened self discovery

    • Stress reduction & grounding

    • Self care insights & introduction to your personal energetic blueprint

  • Each session is curated and treated as uniquely as the humans who book them. We will always have open dialog highlighting what your goals are for the journey and any focuses you may have. We will begin (or continue) to review your personal natal chart - based of your exact birth time and location - including placements and house system structures. No two readings are exactly the same and natal charts are an incredible amount of information that are tailored specifically to you, for you. We will close out each session with grounding and discussion to leave you feeling empowered and held. 

  • Throughout my own exploration and journey with astrology and healing I have come to find that each of us are our own best healer when we are empowered, heard and held. It’s my goal to create space and connection enough for us all to be masters of our own healing and deepening understanding and compassion for ourselves, those around us and the world in which we call home. I am so passionate about the individual internal journey each of us has embarked on and truly wish to be a soul companion on your journey home to yourself.
